We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to provide advisory services and analytical support to Investor Relations professionals and Senior Management teams within publicly traded companies. The Analyst will play a key role in producing accurate, timely deliverables, analyzing investor behavior, and contributing to value-added capital market insights for corporate clients. You will also provide support to the internal proxy solicitation advisors (PSA’s) and corporate governance group.
The Senior Investor Relations Associate will support the investor relations team in executing client IR programs and day-to-day account activities. This role involves assisting with investor communications, market research, reporting support, meeting coordination, and administrative management across a range of investor relations initiatives.
