Justin is a Senior Vice President, Product Strategy at ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ focusing on Investor Intelligence product and business development. Prior to joining Alliance, Justin was Executive Director, Market Intelligence at S&P Global where he advised global companies on transactions and transformations.

Justin brings with him extensive experience leveraging buy-side knowledge and predictive shareholder analytics to advise organizations through complex scenarios including shareholder engagement, IPOs, M&A, spinoffs, capital allocation, and ESG strategy. Early in his career Justin founded the Corporate Analytics Practice at Ipreo, now part of the S&P Global, and grow it into a leading predictive investor targeting solution. He later embraced the opportunity expand his experience and perspective as head of Ipreo’s Cape Town office, while concurrently leading the EMEA Shareholder Intelligence business and Global Data Operations. Justin received his B.S. in Business Management and Economics from Bucknell University. He was a prior NIRI Chapter President and Board Member and a regular presenter at investor relations events around the globe.

Ahmed Suliman was born and has lived most of my life in London, and currently resides there. Since graduating from university, he has worked in the corporate governance and proxy services’ business, which has been 10 years.

During this time, he has worked for a proxy advisor and 2 proxy solicitation companies, where he has experienced working in both the buy- and sell-side of the industry, which entails working for major European listed companies. His areas of interests include and are not limited to corporate governance, proxy, ESG, M&A and activism, shareholder engagement, and investor relations.
