Kristin Cordes is Vice President of Alliance鈥檚 Asset Recovery Services and is responsible for managing the overall client process including document creation, processing and reporting shareholder claims and strategic outreach programs to increase participation, as well as communicating with transfer agents and assistance with SEC regulation compliance. Since 2008 Kristin has successfully managed numerous high profile asset recovery programs from start to finish. Kristin is also a member of the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance and assists clients to strategically plan for successful shareholder meetings.
Prior to working at 成人视频, Kristin was a Senior Account Executive at The Altman Group. During her time there, Kristin worked on many notable shareholder asset recovery programs such as Supervalu, Dell, Gateway and Wendy鈥檚/Arby鈥檚 Group.
Kristin earned her B.A. in Economics at Montclair State University.
