Victor Jendras brings more than 25 years of experience within the capital markets space, serving in various Sales, Business Development, Management and Advisory roles.

Victor has served in the corporate issuer space for over 20 years as a trusted advisor and sales consultant to the Corporate Governance and Investor Relations community, focusing on the client relationship and needs. Prior to joining ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, Victor most recently spent 3 years with Sodali & Co. and 9 years at Q4 Inc. where he earned a reputation as a valued subject matter expert for helping publicly traded companies succeed in the capital markets. Victor is active in capital markets intelligence, corporate governance advisory, ESG advisory and shareholder services.

Victor’s professional experience includes tenure with Zacks Investment Research, Northern Trust, MZ Group, NASDAQ, Q4 Inc. and Sodali & Co. Victor holds a BA in International Business from Bradley University and is a member of NIRI and Society for Corporate Governance, as well as Board Member for NIRI Chicago and Care for Cops Corporation.

Jacob Park is a corporate finance and capital markets professional with more than 15 years of experience advising companies and investors across Asia.

For the past eight years, he has led SS&C Intralinks Korea, where he supported more than 200 M&A and strategic transactions and built extensive relationships with Korea’s top corporate dealmakers.

His work has spanned Conglomerates, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Semiconductors, and SMEs, positioning him as a trusted advisor in many of the country’s most high-profile deals and investments. Prior to SS&C Intralinks, Jacob held senior roles at UBS, where he gained expertise in business development, financial market analysis (forex and derivatives), and strategic planning. His career reflects a strong record in enterprise sales, market analysis and trading, with a focus on aligning clients’ strategic goals to market opportunities.

Jacob earned his MBA from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He also holds a BS in Management of Financial Institution from De La Salle University.

Based in London, Mayra Baraschi brings over ten years of experience across capital markets, banking, and energy sectors, with a focus on shareholder engagement and investor relations analytics.

Prior to joining ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, she worked with Orient Capital, DFK, Deloitte, and Halliburton, where she specialized in consulting, account management, and financial analysis across diverse global markets.

Mayra’s expertise includes equity and bond analysis, market intelligence, and strategic advisory for issuers and investors, helping clients interpret shareholder behavior, anticipate market movements, and strengthen engagement strategies. Her multidisciplinary experience allows her to bridge financial analytics with corporate advisory, ensuring clients receive actionable insights aligned with their strategic and governance goals.

Known for her analytical rigor and client-focused mindset, Mayra is passionate about advancing transparency and communication between issuers and their investors in an evolving global marketplace.

Matthew Regateiro is an Investor Intelligence Analyst at ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, where he supports clients through data analysis, research, and scalable intelligence frameworks that enhance investor engagement strategies. He previously interned with ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ and returned to the firm full-time, bringing both continuity and a strong understanding of the firm’s client-first approach.

Matthew combines analytical precision with creative intuition, focusing on building systems and processes that generate long-term value. His work supports client-facing teams by translating shareholder data, market activity, and capital flows into structured insights that inform communication strategy and engagement planning.

He is motivated by continuous learning and execution-driven growth, with an interest in how operational efficiency and analytics can compound over time to strengthen investor relationships and market positioning.

Matthew graduated from Johnson & Wales University in December 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics.

Aniss Zakaria is an Analyst in the Investor Intelligence department at ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, where he applies technical financial expertise and data-driven analysis to support issuers and corporate leadership teams. He focuses on transforming complex market data into clear, strategic insights that inform shareholder engagement and capital markets positioning.

With a strong background in financial modeling and advanced analytical tools, Aniss brings a forward-thinking approach to investor intelligence. He has demonstrated the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments, leveraging precision and structured thinking to identify trends, assess shareholder activity, and provide actionable intelligence to CFOs and Investor Relations teams.

Aniss is particularly interested in the intersection of data innovation and capital markets strategy. He is driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering measurable value through rigorous analysis and proactive problem-solving.

He graduated from Rutgers Business School – New Brunswick, where he developed a foundation in finance, market analytics, and strategic decision-making. Aniss is based in New Jersey.
