Bernard Farragher has joined the Investor Communications division at ��Ƶ. With almost three decades of experience in the shareholder communications industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Bernard works directly with the C-Suite at public & private corporations, mutual funds, REITs, as well as outside counsel, and other industry stakeholders to plan and coordinate specialized shareholder events. He also has a deep understanding of transfer agency business along with years of corporate regulatory experience. Bernard’s consultative and customer first approach provides clients with expertise, guidance, and service excellence resulting in a positive experience for clients and their shareholders.

Michael Hugyo is Vice President, Investor Communications at ��Ƶ. Mike brings over 23 years of experience of industry experience to Alliance in helping public companies, REITS, and BDCs and mutual funds successfully navigate annual and special meetings with customized solicitation strategies.

Mike is well known in the alternative investment (non-traded REIT and BDC) industry and provides a highly consultative approach to his clients when dealing with challenging non-routine proxy proposals such as charter amendments.

Mike has helped his clients grow their digital footprint with use of electronic distribution including use of eMail, texting, and active document hosting sites to help foster stronger relationships with retail investors while meeting investors where they are for more efficient proxy communications and voting.

Prior to joining ��Ƶ, Mike held senior client management roles at Computershare, Boston Financial Data Services and most recently Mediant, a BetaNXT business.

Mike is a member of multiple industry associations and is an active participant on several working committee groups.
