With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Anthony specializes in partnering with asset managers to deliver solutions that support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Throughout his career, Anthony has built a reputation for helping clients uncover strategic opportunities while navigating complex industry requirements. His consultative approach is grounded in listening closely to client needs and delivering tailored solutions that create measurable value.

Prior to joining ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, Anthony held business development roles at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where he worked closely with financial institutions to optimize shareholder communications and operational processes.

Anthony is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute, sponsored by SIFMA and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is based in Northport, New York.

Victor Jendras brings more than 25 years of experience within the capital markets space, serving in various Sales, Business Development, Management and Advisory roles.

Victor has served in the corporate issuer space for over 20 years as a trusted advisor and sales consultant to the Corporate Governance and Investor Relations community, focusing on the client relationship and needs. Prior to joining ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, Victor most recently spent 3 years with Sodali & Co. and 9 years at Q4 Inc. where he earned a reputation as a valued subject matter expert for helping publicly traded companies succeed in the capital markets. Victor is active in capital markets intelligence, corporate governance advisory, ESG advisory and shareholder services.

Victor’s professional experience includes tenure with Zacks Investment Research, Northern Trust, MZ Group, NASDAQ, Q4 Inc. and Sodali & Co. Victor holds a BA in International Business from Bradley University and is a member of NIRI and Society for Corporate Governance, as well as Board Member for NIRI Chicago and Care for Cops Corporation.

Jacob Park is a corporate finance and capital markets professional with more than 15 years of experience advising companies and investors across Asia.

For the past eight years, he has led SS&C Intralinks Korea, where he supported more than 200 M&A and strategic transactions and built extensive relationships with Korea’s top corporate dealmakers.

His work has spanned Conglomerates, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Semiconductors, and SMEs, positioning him as a trusted advisor in many of the country’s most high-profile deals and investments. Prior to SS&C Intralinks, Jacob held senior roles at UBS, where he gained expertise in business development, financial market analysis (forex and derivatives), and strategic planning. His career reflects a strong record in enterprise sales, market analysis and trading, with a focus on aligning clients’ strategic goals to market opportunities.

Jacob earned his MBA from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He also holds a BS in Management of Financial Institution from De La Salle University.

Donna M. Corso is a seasoned Senior Managing Director with more than 35+ years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in proxy solicitation and corporate governance. Throughout her career, she has advised Fortune 100 companies, mid-cap, and small-cap corporations on annual and special shareholder meetings, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and governance matters.

In her previous roles, Donna built and sustained a diverse client portfolio, guiding senior executives through complex transactions, including multimillion and multibillion-dollar mergers such as AT&T/SBC, Aviall/Boeing, Lucent/Alcatel, and most recently, Marel/John Bean, Heska/Mars and Magellan/ONEOK. She also pioneered SPAC advisory services from the inception of the SPAC market, overseeing more than 850 business combination and extension meetings.

Donna is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and has presented on proxy and governance topics across the industry.

Earlier in her career, Donna rose from Assistant to Vice President, leading major proxy solicitations and corporate reorganizations, including the landmark restructuring of The Columbia Gas System, Inc. She has also served as an Independent Inspector of Elections, presented widely on proxy and governance issues, and held memberships with the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the Corporate Transfer Association.

Known for her strategic insight, negotiation skills, and deep client relationships, Donna has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who delivers results with professionalism and integrity.

Jonathan Holland is Vice President in the Proxy Logistics Group at ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ, where he works directly with corporate issuers, legal counsel, and internal teams to execute shareholder communications and proxy event strategies with precision.

A veteran of the proxy and shareholder services industry, Jonathan brings a consultative approach to each engagement, drawing on his deep knowledge of proxy regulations, event logistics, and client expectations. He has successfully coordinated a wide range of proxy events, including annual meetings, special meetings, M&A transactions, and non-routine/activist proposals, tailoring solutions to meet the unique requirements of each scenario.

Before joining Alliance, Jonathan held senior roles in account management and client services at Donnelley Financial Solutions and Mediant, a BetaNXT business, where he built strong client partnerships and drove seamless proxy execution across a broad portfolio of public companies.

Fernando Rodriguez is Account Executive at ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ. Fernando supports senior proxy executives, focusing on N-PX research, advisory influence analysis, and updating daily vote reporting. Fernando began his career at Merrill a Bank of America Company in 2022 as a licensed investment advisor.

He was responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of inheriting wealth. Fernando also provided clients recommendations for different asset classes. Fernando graduated with a B.A in Economics from Ithaca College in 2022. During his time in college, he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international honors society that recognizes students for their outstanding achievements in economics.

Sandro Barbato is a specialist in tailored corporate governance and strategic shareholder engagement, bridging the gap between listed companies and institutional investors. With over a decade of experience in capital markets, he provides boards and Investor Relations teams with the expertise, experience, and data-backed insights required to successfully navigate high-stakes governance challenges and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Prior to joining ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ in early 2023, Sandro held senior roles at S&P Global, IHS Markit and Morrow Sodali. Having advised on hundreds of global projects, his expertise spans proxy solicitations, alignment with corporate governance expectations, and special situations, including activism and contested votes. By rejecting a “one-size-fits-all” approach and instead utilizing his experience combined with rigorous data analytics to identify investor trends, he ensures successful engagement and meeting outcomes.

Sandro holds a German degree in Business Law and maintains a suite of high-level industry certifications, including the CESGA (Certified ESG Analyst by EFFAS), FMVA (Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst by CFI), and the ICIR (Certificate in Investor Relations by the UK IR Society). Fluent in German, Italian, and English, Sandro provides seamless support and cultural understanding across international markets. He is an active member of the Italian IR Society (AIR) and the Italian Society of Financial Analysts (AIAF, the national member of the EFFAS).
