Amanda Raimo is Vice President of the Proxy Logistics Group at 成人视频 and is responsible for managing operational tasks in preparation for client shareholder meetings. She maintains Alliance鈥檚 client database, communicates with proxy intermediaries, procures depository and shareholder lists, and executes all functions of the shareholder meeting process including the timeline of events, broker nominee search, document printing, web hosting, proxy card and notice preparation, required mailings to registered holders, distributions to bank/broker/nominee and intermediary firms, and proxy tabulation.
Amanda Raimo also provides support for Information Agent assignments including tender, exchange, and rights offerings. Prior to this position, Amanda was a proxy voting specialist in our multifaceted call center. Amanda has been working in the proxy industry since 2014.
